We started our journey by developing the first version of our software for Mehta Care Chem Systems Private Limited (now Mehta High-tech Industries Limited). Initially designed for field employees, it included features like GPS tracking, visit management, and expense management. This product, originally called Veritrack, evolved as client demands for payroll integration grew. We rebranded it to Tankhwa Patra, setting the stage for a more comprehensive solution.
In 2022, we revamped the entire software to enhance its scalability and flexibility. The new version, completed by December, allowed for easy customisation, enabling broader use across industries. This significant overhaul marked a major shift in our capabilities and market reach.
A major milestone came on October 30, 2023, when we secured our first round of funding, a deal sealed on the reality TV show Kal Ke Krorepati (featured on
Zee Business in June 2024). We also received recognition as "India's Fastest Growing HRMS Payroll Software" at the Growth Awards. By mid-2023, we surpassed 20,000 users and currently serve over 300 companies.
As of 2024, Tankhwa Patra continues to grow rapidly. We now serve a thriving network of businesses with over 30,000 users. With continuous innovation and client-focused development, we remain committed to shaping the future of HR management for companies of all sizes.
Looking ahead, our vision is to further expand Tankhwa Patra's reach, targeting 100,000 users and strengthening our position as an industry leader.
